counseling, educating and mentoring.
Charlotte is passionate about providing psychotherapy services
and focuses on Postpartum Mood Disorders, Depression and/or Anxiety Disorders, Bipolar Disorders, Relationship issues,
and Trauma related issues.
Charlotte is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage
and Family Therapist, is a Perinatal Mental Health Certified (PMH-C) and a member of Postpartum Support International (PSI), EMDR trained, on the PSI OK board (Postpartum Support Internation Oklahoma chapter), and is an adjunct professor
at Southern Nazarene University.

She provides individual, couples, family, and group therapy services in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Individual therapy provides a safe, engaging, and process oriented venue to work through many difficult issues related to Postpartum mood disorders, depression, anxiety, mood
dis-regulation and trauma.
Being a couple or being in an intimate relationship has its challenges. Charlotte has worked with couples from many different walks of life. She utilizes best practices and research based methods to assist couples adjusting to change, improving their ability to relate to each other, and strengthening their relationships.
#RestoringHope Therapy Group:
A group designed to assist clients who have been diagnosed with Mood Disorders. Clients experimentally work through their blind spots and increase their ability to live hopeful, strong lives.
#Momsrockingfirstyears Therapy Group: is designed to assist mothers who may be struggling with Postpartum Mood Disorders. This group is designed to help moms process and normalize emotional and hormonal struggles. It addresses attachment to baby(ies), changes in relationships, body image, parenting issues, and increasing support.
