Charlotte is an integrative psychotherapist with a heart for
improving the lives of individuals and families through
counseling, educating and mentoring.
Charlotte is passionate about providing psychotherapy services
and focuses on Postpartum Mood Disorders, Depression and/or Anxiety Disorders, Bipolar Disorders, Relationship issues,
and Trauma related issues.
Charlotte is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage
and Family Therapist, is a Perinatal Mental Health Certified (PMH-C) and a member of Postpartum Support International (PSI), EMDR trained, on the Postpartum Support International (PSI) member, and is an adjunct professor
at Southern Nazarene University.
She provides individual, couples, and family psychotherapy services through Telehealth and In Person sessions.
Individual therapy provides a safe, engaging, and process oriented venue to work through many difficult issues related to Postpartum mood disorders, depression, anxiety, mood
dis-regulation and trauma.
Couples have many struggles and challenges these days.
I work with couples through research based therapy utilizing Gottman & Gottman and Emotional Focused Couples therapy to assist couples in learning to trust each other, turn toward each other and build the lives they have dreamed of.
Family therapy is an effective means to improve family cohesion. Many families struggle with stressors associated with communication skills, parenting strategies, family structure changes, family rolls, and adjustment issues. Charlotte has worked with families from many different walks of life. She utilizes best practices and research based methods to assist families adjusting to change, improving their ability to relate to each other, and strengthening their relationships.
